The Virtual Science Center is a world where you can explore just as you would in a real museum or science center, but with a difference.  In this virtual world, you can build and operate your own rockets, smash two planets together, or create atoms.  Nothing really gets broken, nobody gets hurt, and the insurance is really cheap!

Virtual webcams

You can see the various exhibit areas even in 3D as if you were really in a different place

The Simulatrix

Imagine creating and running various machines and testing how they would work in the real world!

One advantage is that we can link the virtual world to the real world in new ways.  We are creating exhibits that splice together both real and virtual so that some of the things you do can have an effect on reality, and vice versa.
